You have the right to withdraw from the contract, even without giving any reason, within 14 days. Please note that the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has actually returned the goods.
Please return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by us/you.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
