Once the order has been received, Wakeupsf.com will carry out a quality check and confirm the order by email before shipping. If the items ordered are no longer available or have not passed the quality check, we will immediately notify the customer and suggest possible alternatives.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of successful payment. Wakeupsf.com reserves the right to refuse orders to anyone for any reason.
All deliveries made by Wakeupsf.com are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage. Once the delivery has been collected, the insurance cover expires.
Orders will be shipped by Wakeupsf.com, Monday to Friday from 9:00 CET to 17:30 CET.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment for orders received by 11:30 CET.
